Choose Expert or Full in WooCommerce Importer or PrestaShop Importer. Both are one-time charges on your regular Shopify invoice, with no separate payment details. Keep the return page open until the app confirms the payment. After approval, you will hear from us within one business day. We give a full refund if we cannot complete your migration.

Automatic syncs are free for 60 days from your first completed full migration, whether that migration was free or paid. Demos and reruns do not restart the period. We send a reminder after 53 days and you can continue syncing in the app. Existing longer or unlimited free-sync arrangements remain in place. Manual updates stay free. Choose categories, products, customers and orders for syncing. Inventory and price updates have separate options, and updating existing products is optional. Choose daily, every 12 hours, every 6 hours, every 3 hours or hourly.
