Yes. Enable “Create companies for Shopify B2B” under “Import customers”. PrestaShop B2B mode must be enabled because the company name comes from the customer-level company field; company text stored only on addresses does not create companies. The option creates Company, Company location and Company contact records, but not catalogs, price lists, payment terms, roles or permissions. Your Shopify store must also have B2B access. Yes. Choose one active PrestaShop shop per migration. The app rescans after selection, and only that shop’s products, customers and orders are counted and migrated. The tier for that migration is set by the selected shop’s counts. Anything already paid is credited, so a later, larger shop costs only the difference to its tier. The selection carries into repeat migrations, demo-to-full migrations and inventory syncs, and cannot be changed once a migration is paid or downloading. Set up the required multistore webservice permissions before scanning.

Yes. We recreate the structure and visual direction of your current storefront in a suitable Shopify theme, including the core page templates, navigation and mobile setup. A new brand identity or fully bespoke theme is a separate design project and would be scoped before work starts.

Yes. Available product, collection and CMS translations can map to Shopify’s native translation records. We also check that the target languages and markets are configured to display them.

Combinations map to Shopify variants where they fit Shopify limits. PrestaShop Importer supports product features with multiple values in Shopify metafields. We flag oversized matrices or module-specific options for a planned alternative.

Yes. CMS pages and their translations can move to Shopify pages. Theme-specific layout or module output may need manual rebuilding.

Yes. Large catalogs are supported. We scan the source first so product counts, combination density, images and custom module data can be assessed before the move.

No. The displayed price excludes VAT. B2B reverse-charge rules apply where the legal requirements are met.

WooCommerce Importer and PrestaShop Importer include a Clean store page for deleting selected Shopify products, collections, orders or customers without connecting a source store or starting a migration. Export a backup first. Deletion is permanent and can include data that was not imported by the app. Read the cleanup steps and warnings.

Yes. Expert migration costs US$299 once. We set up the source-store keys, run the import, personally check the result and add theme metafields where needed. It is done within 3 business days. Fixing inconsistent source data is not included.

Yes. Full migration + design costs US$1,799 once. It includes everything from Expert migration, a Shopify theme set up to match your old store and a ready-to-sell handover.

Choose Expert or Full in WooCommerce Importer or PrestaShop Importer. Both are one-time charges on your regular Shopify invoice, with no separate payment details. Keep the return page open until the app confirms the payment. After approval, you will hear from us within one business day. We give a full refund if we cannot complete your migration.

Automatic syncs are included for 60 days from your first completed full migration, including free-tier, paid and fully discounted migrations. Demo migrations do not unlock automatic sync and reruns do not restart the period. Automatic sync is unavailable on development stores. We send a reminder on day 53, seven days before the free period ends. After the free period, you can continue automatic syncing in the app for US$9 per 30 days. Existing longer or unlimited free-sync arrangements remain in place. Manual updates stay free. Choose categories, products, customers and orders for syncing. Inventory and price updates have separate options, and updating existing products is optional. Choose daily, every 12 hours, every 6 hours, every 3 hours or hourly. Review automatic sync runs in History in the app menu. Open a run for its summary and any recorded warnings or errors.

Products and categories migrate free on development stores. Customers and orders unlock once your Shopify store is on a paid plan, and your setup is kept. Expert and Full are visible but cannot be purchased on development stores. Partners can contact us for help.
