Does Store Importer Import Orders from PrestaShop?
Yes. Store Importer's PrestaShop Importer app migrates your PrestaShop orders into Shopify — including line items, customer and address data, payment status, fulfillment status, and discounts. You choose which order statuses to bring over and how far back to go.
What’s included in an order import
- Order number, date, currency, and totals
- Line items linked to their matching Shopify product/variant, with quantity, price, and tax
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Payment status (paid/pending) — mapped automatically from your PrestaShop order states
- Fulfillment status (fulfilled/unfulfilled) — mapped from your PrestaShop order states
- Discount totals from cart rules and vouchers
- Customer notes
Which orders get imported
All PrestaShop order states are selected by default. Before importing, you can deselect any states you don’t want to bring over.
How far back can you go
Choose Import everything to bring over your full order history, set a specific start date, or import only records added since your last migration.
Guest orders and customers
When you import PrestaShop orders, PrestaShop Importer downloads customer data in the background so it can create the orders with email addresses. If you haven’t selected customers for import, that data is used for the orders but the customers aren’t imported separately into Shopify.
Does importing orders cost extra?
Order import is bundled into the same one-time migration price as products and customers, with no separate line item. The Demo tier lets you try it on real data before paying. See pricing.
