Does Store Importer Import Orders from WooCommerce?

Yes. Store Importer's WooCommerce Importer app migrates your WooCommerce orders into Shopify — including line items, customer details, billing and shipping addresses, payment status, fulfillment status, refunds, and discount codes. You choose which order statuses to bring over and how far back to go.

What’s included in an order import

  • Order number, date, currency, and totals
  • Line items linked to their matching Shopify product/variant, with quantity, price, and tax
  • Full billing and shipping addresses, plus customer name, email, and phone
  • Payment status (paid, pending, refunded, voided) — mapped automatically from WooCommerce, or set your own mapping per status
  • Fulfillment status (fulfilled, partial, unfulfilled) — same automatic mapping with manual override
  • Refunds, replayed onto the Shopify order
  • Coupon codes and discounts, combined into a single Shopify discount line
  • Customer notes (and internal WooCommerce order notes, if enabled)

Which orders get imported

All standard WooCommerce order statuses are selected by default. If your store uses custom order statuses, select the ones you want to bring over before starting the import.

How far back can you go

Choose from: since your last migration, Import everything, the last 30 days, this calendar year, or a specific year up to 7 years back.

Guest orders and customers

WooCommerce Importer may show a much lower customer count than WooCommerce because WooCommerce includes guest checkouts in its customer total. Every guest checkout is still imported as a customer, even when the buyer didn’t have a WooCommerce account.

Does importing orders cost extra?

No separate charge — orders are part of the same one-time migration price as products and customers. The Demo tier imports up to 50 orders free so you can check the results before paying. See pricing.

Migrating from PrestaShop instead? Orders import the same way, with a few platform differences — see Does Store Importer import orders from PrestaShop?
