A complete WooCommerce to Shopify migration, handled for you.

Product catalog migration

Products, variants, images, collections, tags, metafields and SEO fields moved into a clean Shopify structure.

Orders and customers

Historical orders, customer records, addresses and core commerce data imported with careful field mapping.

Launch-ready QA

Preflight checks, sample validation, redirect guidance and a final migration window coordinated around your launch.

What's not included

We won't recreate your WooCommerce store's exact look in Shopify - that's a design project, not a migration. We can set up a development store, install a base theme and get your data in place. From there, theme customization is on you (or a designer of your choice).

Most stores fit the one-time price of $699. It covers a standard migration. Larger stores (over 10,000 products or 100,000 orders), multi-language or multi-currency setups, B2B catalogs or custom data structures may need a tailored quote. Tell us about your store in the form and we'll let you know.

FAQ

Questions before you migrate.

Yes. We bring across product URLs where Shopify allows, and we set up 301 redirects from your old WooCommerce URLs to the new Shopify URLs. SEO data like meta titles, meta descriptions and alt text comes across with your products.

We migrate your existing orders before launch. On the day you switch your domain to Shopify, we run a final import of any orders received in the last hours so nothing is lost. Customers who place an order during the brief domain switchover land on Shopify and check out normally.

Most migrations take 5 to 10 business days from when we have access to your store. Larger catalogs, B2B setups or unusual data structures can take longer. We agree on a launch window with you before starting so you know exactly when your store goes live.

$699 covers most stores. If you have over 10,000 products, more than 100,000 orders, multi-language or multi-currency setups, B2B catalogs or custom data structures, we'll send you a tailored quote after reviewing your store. The intake form takes about two minutes.

Not by default. We move your data into a clean Shopify base theme, but matching your old design pixel for pixel is a separate design project. Your customers will recognize your logo, brand colors and product photos, but the layout will follow Shopify conventions unless you have a designer customize the theme afterward.

We need a read-only API key for your WooCommerce store and collaborator access to your Shopify store with permission to edit products, customers, orders and themes. If you'd like, we can generate the WooCommerce API key for you, but in that case we'll need temporary admin access to your WooCommerce site. We work in a Shopify development store and only deploy to production after you sign off.
